• Ston cake (4 persons)
Pastry:
1 egg, 500g smooth flour, spoonful of oil, vinegar, salt
Filling:
10 eggs, 250g margarine, 500g spongy pasta, 600g sugar,
1 vanilla, a lemon crust, half a spoon of cinnamon, 300g minced almonds, 50g minced walnuts, 200g bread crumbs.
Make a smooth, pulled pastry and spread it all over the mould. Mix everything in the filling, except the eggs and margarine. Cook the pastry and place it into the mould gradually and together with the filling, eggs and margarine.
Cover up the cake with the rest of the pastry and bake it on 180*C for 40 minutes.
Take it out of the mould at mild temperature, and decorate it.
